What we did:
For the past 3 years the team has handled everything behind the scenes to ensure the RenewableUK Global Offshore Wind Conference speaker theatres ran smoothly.
How we did it:
We established and maintained clean communication lines between us and our client, as well as between us and their 250 speakers. This involved a selection process before presenting across three stages in a large exhibition hall designed for 5000 delegates.
We retrieved and coordinated key information from each speaker and supported them to feel confident and well equipped on the day. Our team worked collaboratively with RenewableUK behind scenes and onsite to deliver the event across the three theatres effectively and without a technical hitch!
