Rob Eveleigh, Managing Director
Rob is the owner and manager of Brightelm. He oversees the account management and project leadership responsibilities.
With a successful career in hospitality spanning more than 20 years, he has spent the last decade supporting membership organisations. Rob is an established expert on association events. He is sought after by associations from a wide range of sectors to help them create a successful event strategy.
Rob also coaches and mentors a handful of association CEOs each year.
Chris Chisman, Marketing and Sales Director
Chris is responsible for building long lasting, profitable relationships with our client’s existing and potential customers. For over 6 years, he honed his skills working in international, B2B, technical conferences, developing his ability to understand complex markets and ensure sponsors and exhibitors reached the right people to deliver return on investment.
Jon Richards, Senior Project Manager
Jon looks after the delivery of projects and events at Brightelm. Jon has spent most of his career organising events, with 5 of these years as an events manager for an association.
Anne-Marie Robathan, Resource Manager
With an extensive career as a C-Suite EA and in event management, Anne-Marie provides EA, marketing and HR support as well as managing the day to day running of the office.
Isabelle Allen, Marketing and Sales Coordinator
Isabelle supports the delivery of impactful event marketing campaigns through her expertise in email marketing, digital strategy, and CRM management. With a first-class degree in Marketing, she brings creativity and precision to every client project.
Shelley Worrall, Senior Project Coordinator
Shelley is a key member of the team working across projects. She has an extensive career in events, previously working for Meet Bristol, the convention bureau and various event agencies.
